First Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) - MI invites manufacturers to submit expressions of interest in the supply of large volumes (potentially up to 500 million) of Vitamin A Soft Gel Capsules. Due to stringent quality standards, only prequalified manufacturers will be invited by MI to bid for the supply of Vitamin A Soft Gel Capsules in its upcoming Request for Proposals in July 2008. Interested manufacturers must submit an EOI on or before 16:00 EST on 26 May 2008. Manufacturers are responsible for all costs associated with the EOI preparation.
